  Fairly extensive damage to left front after being hit(slowly)by 53" moving van. Brought car in (was drivable). FH worked with us and insurance company, rental, etc. Took care of all details, and finished in good time (as estimated). Car looks new (7 years old). All parts fit perfectly....cannot tell it was damaged. I had similar experience with them many years ago. I recommend...

  Great body shop. They guaranteed their work and were willing to fix anything I found after they had done their work.

  My experience with this auto body shop was so positive. I would very highly recommend them. In the past, I have had work done on one of my cars and they did an excellent job. I called them today after I had a small accident with my back bumper. From my call to the office, they were very friendly and told me to come to the shop so they could assess the damage. I didn't want to replace the bumper and they offered me another option to repair it. They not only repaired it while I waited but they did not charge me. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with any business. They are friendly, professional and caring.

  Fantastic!! I have been there twice and both times they are unlike any auto body repair shop that I have experienced. From the secretary to the workers, they greeted me with a big smile and a genuine "how can we help you?" They are knowledgable and very professional. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that their services were so far ahead of others that the public should know.

  Was referred to Flower Hill after our car got damaged in our garage in Manhattan. Our friends have been going here for 30 years. I received excellent service, great communication and explanation of what our options were and felt like me and my car were in the best hands. They did a very thorough and detailed job and i would 100% go back to them for any future needs. Highly recommend!!
