  Product is fabulous but really pricey. I’ve owned two fixtures from this store which I️ adore but it’s not for everyone. Service is soso and aligns to the more gallery feel where they’ll leave you alone and don’t necessarily approach.

  Bought a $1500. lamp for my end table. It is broken, I've tried emailing flos multiple times for information on repair, only to never receive a response. But I DO continue to get junk email advertising from them. Best to at least respond, as now I am sour and have a low opinion on their customer service, which is everything.
