  Dr. Floor is no doubt qualified, wise, and produces quality work. All staff are super nice but at the end of the day, they’re a business and businesses want your money. Be ready to advocate for yourself and ask ahead of time what a procedure will cost, because they will convince you to get work done but don’t warn you about cost whatsoever and they wait until after the fact to tell you that your insurance doesn’t cover something.

  Dr. Floor has such extensive knowledge of anything and everything dental. When in a terrible accident which destroyed virtually all of my teeth, he patiently worked to replace the damaged teeth with crowns, and I got an even prettier smile!! Today, he took the time to build a night guard to protect those beautiful teeth. He really cares about his patients! And, he has a great sense of humor!!

  This is the best dental practice I have ever had the pleasure to patronize. My entire family has been with them for more than 20 years. Never a negative experience. Top to bottom this is an exceptional business.

  I've been a patient of Dr. Floor for 30+ years. He is an excellent, caring, meticulous dentist. The cleaning I had 5 days ago with his new hygienist, Johanna, however, was very disappointing. She treated me condescendingly, as though I'd never had a cleaning before, promoted Oral B ( I use Philips SonicCare, as recommended by Dr. Floor) more than 4 times until I had to tell her to stop the basic hygiene lecture. Then she told me to use a water pick, which I do not need. The paste she used to polish my teeth was cinnamon-flavoured and revolting. I've conveyed all this to the office manager, and have been assured I'll not see this hygienist again. Normally I never post on-line reviews, but I've reminded to do so three times.
