  great selection, terrible customer service , no one answers the phone, have visited the store 6 times to check on a special order, ever time i am given an estimated time of arrival the shipment never arrives been over a month that this order was placed. First day i ordered the floor they told me 2 to three weeks, went back after two weeks was told, was told it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be in , next visit the warehouse manager found some stock in Arizona, they wanted me to pay to ship it from there, i asked her to speak to the manager who waived the shipping cost, on my visit yesterday was given a tracking number for the truck company to track the goods, now scheduled for 6/5, would believe it when i see it. Have not received one follow up call.. Took my floor out expecting that the order was going to be here two weeks ago

  Great place to shop tiles they have everything in stock. Helpfull employes ill never get tiles from any other place

  A perfect example of a corporate entity lacking any sense of customer service. Either unwilling or unable to be a decent place of business. This is just a follow up for the Owner. The purchase was made under my company's account. Even so, I had lodged an official complaint with one of your managers underlining the numerous faults in your service and your mind blowing incompetence in doing anything about it which in fact LITERALLY cost me thousands of dollars in losses. If you actually cared enough to review these complaints you would see my name next to my company's. Do you honestly think posting these nonsensical responses to people's reviews is more productive than trying to actually fix your mediocre business? If you are actually a business owner you would stay in your store and manage it but unfortunately you are just a joke.

  Bob is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and hilarious salesmen I've ever talked to. He saw us browsing cluelessly, cracked a few jokes, and gave us a tour of literally every aisle of the flooring department. He has a rare passion for what he does and an encyclopedic knowledge of flooring, installation and maintenance. When we close on this home purchase, Bob will be the first guy I go visit.

  I have never personally been to the store as I am not from the area. I am in property development and will be visiting this store soon for the first time. The purpose of the review is merely on the owner's actions. I have been dealing with home improvement vendors for the past 12 years and have yet to find an owner that responds to all reviews and utilizes the negative feedback to improve his business. I applaud the approach and hope it is reflected at the retail level. I wish them the best and look forward to doing future business with this store. DECO
