  Rude and dismissive, called in to ask on pricing on changing a tire, girl on phone didn't bother to help and just passed me on to some dude who yelled at me that they are too busy and hung up.

  As an avid cyclist, choices of LBS have been growing in the JC, Hoboken area, and I like patronizing a few of them. (# shopsmall) When it comes to the fine tuning, though, I consistently go back to Flo on Wheels for their knowledgeable , professional and attentive service. I admit that I have given them a few challenges over the years, as I have upgraded my bikes and their technologies pretty often (Currently riding a Look 795 aerolight DI2 Ultegra with Corima aero carbon wheels) They have been more than excellent in tackling the “wrenches” I threw at them. I’ve always been thankful for their attention to details. They take safety very seriously, as it matters to all of us bikers. One more thing, I was pleasantly surprised the other day by the nice range of bikes they have for sale, in terms of levels but also prices. They do a really good service to the community. Thanks guys!

  Good place to buy a bike you intend to keep. Not sure their prices are the best, but their "free tune-ups for life" make the price a major bargain if you like to keep your bike in shape. (If you ride frequently in Hoboken, you need a regular tuneup, whether you know it or not.) Accessories are cheaper on the net, of course, but Flo is quick, convenient and immediate, which often matters more. And they really know their stuff.

  I have been taking my families bikes there for repairs for years. These guys are the greatest. Even if I have not been there in a couple of years they still remember me. Flo is the owner and Jason does the repairs. Same two guys since I started going about 18 years ago. Always great courteous service and unlike many trendy shops in the area they give great value. My son's tire was stolen and they shopped around until they could find a replacement that was in our price range..
