::**UPDATE** The original experience was 4/5, but after having to return I was told returns are not allowed, just refunds for "store credit". I was told it never expires, but they told me I need to keep track of it myself and can't lose my receipt "in case something happens to [their] system." Great, so you sold me a faulty product, didn't tell me about your return policy (and it isn't posted near the cash register), and n ow it's my responsibility to not even get my money back. I remain that the original cashier was nice and helpful, but the one from when I did my returns was clearly distracted by her cell phone and barely looked up at me. They've gotten better over the years it seems. I was in on a Sunday, pretty much the only customer actually shopping. Each time I picked out an item, the cashier came over and put it in the dressing room for me. -1 star because it's still pretty overpriced and I have to go return an item as there's a tear in it I didn't see while trying on. Fingers crossed they'll still take it with the receipt.

::I had a terrible experience there using a Groupon. First of all, you can't buy sale items and their pieces are incredibly over-priced. This left me with jewelry and wallets to purchase for my $60 Groupon limit. I tried to return the wallet that couldn't shut when it had more than two cards in it. They said I couldn't because of the way the system was setup. I asked to do an even exchange for an item of the same price. She also said that was impossible. The customer service on day one was sub-par and equal on day two. I gained nothing from shopping there and would not recommend it - there are Much better boutiques in Dallas with better return policies and "systems".
