  Favorite studio hands down! Love that they offer yoga (different varieties), barre and bootcamp/cardio classes. I came in with a back issue and Sarah/Cassie were easily able to help me attain proper alignment!

  Terrific studio in the heart of five points. They offer a variety of classes for all levels. A real neighborhood gem!!

  I've been going to Flex for almost as long as they have been open. The teachers are phenomenal and the classes are at great times, but it's the community I feel when I'm there that keeps me coming back. I love this studio.

  I've been coming to Flex for about a year and this is the first time I have ever called any exercise studio my "home". I started out buying small packages and eventually transitioned to the monthly Exclusive membership. It will be a sad day if I ever can't work out here anymore! As someone who works long hours I appreciate being able to take classes at 6am and 7:30pm. All of the instructors are very proficient but have their own unique personalities and styles, this is NOT a corporate atmosphere. There's something laid-back about this place and the people that come here. I tend to keep to myself so I'm surprised how many connections I've made with other students and how fun it is to sweat your ass off and suffer with your friends. You feel like your presence is desired and appreciated here whether it's the bagels after class on Wed mornings, special classes that celebrate holidays, finishing your first month of yoga or completing 100+ classes. There always seems to be something new or fresh going on that helps you stay interested in staying fit. This past year I worked out more and with the most consistency of any time in my life. I believe that finding Flex had everything to do with that! Thank you...
