  We had a great experience at Fletcher Jones Las Vegas. There was an undisclosed issue with a car we purchased, they contacted us about it and did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone there has been very professional and courteous each time we are there. We especially love the car wash deal! Thanks. We would definitely purchase from them again and have no problems recommending them.

  From start to finish, my experience WAS phenomenal! Jay Field was WONDERFUL and made me feel that the MERCEDES BENZ was THE BEST and he wasn't "pushy"! I truly appreciate that!

  I have been a Fletcher Jones Mercedes customer for about four years. I can not be happier with the level of service that I receive. My Service Advisor, John Sarantidis, exudes customer service. Whenever I need to get my car serviced, I can count on him to make sure that I have a loaner vehicle, when I've needed one. He also keeps me in the loop and advises me of the approximate cost up front and will text me if the cost is higher. Most importantly, he will find me the answer to my question if he doesn't know the answer. Because of his level of service, I could not see myself driving a different make of vehicle.

  Everyone at Fletcher Jones Imports is amazing. Sandy, that sold my car to me, and the GM Steve are exceptional with their clients. Two other gentlemen in sales were extremely helpful even though they already knew I was working with a sales person. The service department is amazing. They follow up on everything to make sure your happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
