::Overall great steak and awesome menu. Wait staff is top notch. When it gets really busy sometimes their temperatures can be off though.

::Firstly, I quickly noticed this place wasn't as busy. I thought it might have been that I came at a great time and on a good day of the week. Although that quickly changed when my parties steak was overcooked, an overwhelming amount of soy sauce in the sauce for the Chilean seabass, missing sides, charged for two bottles of wine (one bottle of wine was $78 so it was quickly noticable) and lastly I had specified how the check needed to be split and let's just say the poor waitress made about four stops at our table in getting the check splitting right. I felt bad - believe me. Almost paid for the entire party. Might I add, we all left great tips. As usual. All in all.. I love trying new places. Fleming's Steakhouse was exhausting as well as overwhelming that night considering it was a slow evening for the restaurant. Good thing is I can say I tried this steakhouse once.

::1 year anniversary. My husband took me here for our anniversary. The manager was awesome, but our waiter, not so much. He was semi attentive, but seemed to completely ignore my husband, which was irritating me. The food was okay...but like I said, upon entering, the hostess and manager were great, that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

::My wife and I spent our Anniversary dinner there and the service was second to none. The manager was attentive to our needs so we felt taken care of. The food was incredibly well prepared. All around 5 star experience.

::So disappointed. The food was good, but shortly after it was served the manger decided to let a few guys smoke cigars in an adjacent room which ventilated into the main restaurant. My companion and I did our best to eat quickly and get out of there. Our server apologized (she was great, but was not the decision maker). We complained, but were told by the manager that he just wanted to please his customers (I guess the cigar guys were more important than everyone else in the restaurant!). I hope I never encounter this again at Flemings (and I strongly suspect that they were in violation of the City of SA smoking ordinance). Flemings, please improve!
