  Idiot here refused to exchange a battery I had recently purchased within its warranty period. Refused to exchange my battery claiming warranty didn't cover my damages. I went to his competition(Napa) and my problem was solved. If you have any brains you'll stay away from this hell hole. Message to the owner: Customer Is Always Right
