  My dryer would not heat up. It took them two visits to repair it. Three days and $425 later, the dryer was banging. I called to complain and they said when they service, they only look at the problem that the customer described. They do not take the time to look over the whole machine for any other potential issues. Don’t be fooled, even when they say they’ll put the service call of $125 towards the final price, expect to be charged over $400 anyway. I should have just bought a new dryer. Would not recommend to a friend.

  The technician was prompt and fixed our washer without any problems. Great customer service and everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Fleet Appliance!

  Fleet appliance is awesome! They helped me instantly. I believe the technition was on a job but still answered my call. He walked me through a temporary fix then got the part I needed and was over the following day for installation. The people in the office were professional and nice!! It goes without saying you should give them call for all appliance issues

  To begin my long saga, my washer should have been covered under warranty from A&E, we waited for a month for them to come, the day of the appointment they cancelled, not enough tech reps in the area, with the assurance the we would receive a call within 72 hrs to reschedule. needless to say we are still waiting. We called Fleet that day and they came the next day, diagnosed the problem, and offered if they could to come back the next day if they could find the part on another techs truck, they couldn't but they ordered the part and two days later it was installed and my washer is working like a charm. Paul the tech rep, along with the receptionist in the office are probably the most pleasant people we have worked with. We would highly recommend Fleet for appliance repairs and will surely use them in the future.

  I had a wonderful experience using Fleet Appliance. The customer service is excellent and the technician was very knowledgeable about my range. The issue was fixed quickly and without hassle.
