  I love it. They took their time with me to make sure I got what I needed done. Also the prices there are AFFORDABLE !!!

  Shopping around for pricing. Called and asked for basic pricing for lenses, "we don't discuss pricing over the phone". I asked her if there's a reason for that and her answer was "Yes. And we still don't discuss prices over the phone". So I take it that means there's not standard prices for standard services and everyone gets a different price based on what they feel they can get out of you once you're in the store. I know these games. You can play them with many used car salesmen... Guess I'll take my money somewhere they don't play games.

  They have an absolutely amazing staff who is kind and understanding. They get to know you and work with you to give you the care you need. When you make an appointment with then they don't let you forget it haha, they both called me and texted me a reminder the day before and the day of the appointment. The doctors are welcoming and will sit there and work with you to find your prescription. I changed to this place after my boyfriend recommended them to me and usually, I hate going to the eye doctor because of how fast they go through the whole process and it always coming out worried I got the wrong prescription. They not only double but triple check to make sure I can see before I leave.

  This is the worst optical store that I have ever been in. We had an appointment and with only one person ahead of us we were still in their for 3 hrs. The Dr. told me that I would get my RX from the girls at the counter but, the lady with the blond short hair cut, was not willing to do anything unless we got full service from them, Everything with her was oh I don"t think I can do that, let me ask my boss. You can't buy frames and have your insurance put the lens in. We are not making money that way. Oh You can't bring your daughters frame to us because Eye Med members must get everything threw us. That is such a lie.. The whole time while at the counter they kept talking about other people.. SMH .. Such a wasted half of my day.

  I have been coming here for a decade. Tips: 1- Try to schedule appointments on weekdays (this is a busy area and they get a lot of foot traffic on Saturdays). 2 - Arrive on time. 3 - You will not get the same doctor every time, however out of the 10 years I have generally had the same doctor for at least a 3 -year time span.
