  Graduated from TCCD on May 16 and was promised my ceremony photos would be available by a week after graduation. As of May 30, they told me it may be another week. Flash claims they don't have the info they need to complete the sort and distribute the photos, though Rick at Flash told me they have the list of names, but the emails and mailing addresses are incomplete. They can release the photos but seem to be choosing to hold out for more info to increase sales opportunities. Meanwhile, my only ceremony photos are being hostage. This is terribly unprofessional and will likely result in a loss of sales.

  Never answer phones..... If you're going to hire students make one sit by the damn phone! Lost my business fit sure! 3 days in a row.... 50 times a day... No answer
