  The lady working there had zero personality, which could be overlooked if she was qualified at her job- taxes. She wasn't able to fully read and understand a simple 1095 form. Worst of all, she didn't, or pretended not to, know Spanish. Given the fact that she works in a predominantly Spanish-speaking part of El Paso, this is unacceptable. I'm sure there are countless bilingual workers who could do a better job and with a smile on their face.
