  I recently purchased an outdoor built-in BBQ unit from Flame Connection. First off, the in-store staff was friendly, professional, competent, and courteous. I found their pricing to be fair and honest. The store carries a lot of high-end units as well as other more moderately priced models. I was replacing a Fire Magic unit that I bought over 22 years ago (so I got several years of service out of it). This is a brand that I personally like but I'm sure there are other great brands to look at. My installation of the new unit was also excellent. The install crew showed up at the scheduled time. They also were very professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They spent a lot time getting everything perfect. My electrical connection was a bit tricky because of the way the original masonry was constructed. But the crew figured out a solution and went above and beyond. They thoroughly explained the operational features of the new unit and well as maintenance tips. They also cleaned up everything after they were finished. I would highly recommend The Flame Connection for the in-store experience as well as the installation. I would definitely shop there again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

  We bought a wood-burning stove and also a replacement gas log set from these guys. We also had our big ol' Weber BBQ grill connected to the gas line outside, so that we don't ever have to deal with the awkward tanks again. The owner, Rob Wilson, and his crew (in this case, Steve and Damien) created a stellar experience for us every step of the way. Rob is SUPER-knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, yet I never felt 'sold'. My hubby and I really appreciated his generous, authentic enthusiasm. He went out of his way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable, and so did his guys. They were extremely competent, great trouble-shooters, warm, patient, personable and professional from beginning to end. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.
