::Everything started out great. Easy installation and the pick up was work great but my 4x4 is not working after the pcm replacement. I have tried to make contact with flagship but just get the runaround. Even with the warranty. Being a farmer my 4x4 is everything. I am really disappointed in the lack of communication to try to resolve this.

::We got the computer in less than a week which was great! It works wonderfully. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because you are suppose to be able to program your old key to the new computer, however, it would not work. Glad we received 2 new keys from Flagship as they work perfectly!

::I was not very sure I was going to have a very good experience with this company but it turned out to be a good one. The lady I talked to was very good at knowing what I needed. She assured me it would be plug and play no programming needed. It took a week longer to get it than she said it would but that was because the weather had everything shut down. When it came in I plugged it in and it has been working for 3 months now. For the price it was well worth the wait.

::Great experience. I ordered a computer for my PT Cruiser and really needed to get the part before a family vacation. I sent an email and was told that they were going to change my shipping to express shipping to insure I received my part before we left. I received the part early and installed it and it works great. I highly recommend using these guys.
