  The worst service ever!! The front desk staff is very bad and rude, especially the guys. They don't have service mind. We tried to talk politely but they still talked impolite and disrespectful. Management has to train them to do professionally. I booked for my family. They requested for the shuttle bus picking up at the airport and it took more than an hour to pick us up!!? They've called to as them 4 times. I wouldn't recommend to stay here!!!

  We stayed at this hotel prior to our overseas flight in late March. We had a good stay so at the desk I booked to stay there on our return trip three weeks later. I gave credit card info and was told that I was all set. Imagine my dismay when we returned late in the evening a d were told they did not have our reservation and that it was sold out. That also happened to a couple in the long line behind us. Several of those people had airline vouchers for the hotel from cancelled flights. I guess they took precedent over people with reservations. I will never stay at this hotel again. They are not trustworthy. The person at the front desk was disinterested in our plight and showed no empathy. It took great effort to locate another hotel. Never again.

  I give Five Towns a 5 for staffing. Customer service outstanding, front desk Sean and the two men who was on after him, showed great care for customers as well as the van drivers. Thank you. Housekeeping team very concern, 'is there anything you need please let us know" Thank you. I have stayed at 5 stars and some of this service is never offered. What needs improving, coffee needs to be bit hotter ,boil eggs, package oatmeal, package grits and meat need to be added to breakfast, everyone is not a cold cereal and cream cheese on a roll. Still, thank you for your service.

  Переночевала 1 ночь, так как отменили рейс. Комнату оплачивала авиа компания, поэтому про цену ничего сказать не могу. Зато комната большая с большой кроватью, в ванной вы найдете туалетные принадлежности и конечно фен. В холле можно выпить кофе и угоститься пончиками (если они останутся). Нареканий нет

  Хорошо расположен, недалеко от аэропорта, имеется отличный сервис по бесплатной доставке до аэропорта 24 часа в сутки!
