  Bought a PT Cruiser from Craig a year ago... within that year, the car was in the shop a total of 6 times, with 3 of the 6 for the same problem. This last time, the car completely shut OFF on me while driving with my child on the Belt Parkway TWICE in 5 miles! Almost killed us both. Now, we come to find out this piece of trash needs a $1200 computer part (and HAS needed since day 1) that is conveniently NOT covered by my so-called bumper to bumper warranty. Craig acts like some sort of family man, but I can assure you he would NEVER put his wife and child in the death traps he sells. Now, we’re stuck paying for a car we can’t even drive. Horrible place.

  These guys made buying a used car an easy and stress free experience. My salesman Todd never pressured me into looking at cars I didn't want or couldn't afford. Craig worked his butt off to get me the best financing deal (my credit was not great). Bottom line is I drove away in the best car for me. The car is exactly everything they said it was. When my son is ready for his 1st car.... I'll be going back to 5 STAR!!

  I now understand why they call themselves “5 Star Auto Sales”. I have to give Craig and his staff “5 Stars”. My husband traveled from Port Washington, NY to East Meadow, NY by taking three buses and drove away with a 2011 Honda Accord. Craig went above and beyond for our family. I would strongly recommend for anyone who needs to buy a car, to go to 5 Star Auto Sales.

  I recently purchased a car from here and i was not pressured or rushed at all. I was able to inspect the car all i wanted and take as much time as needed. Everyone at 5 star auto sales were very kind and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend checking them out.

  Sold my second car to Five Star recently. Craig is nothing but fair and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Transaction went very smoothly and I got a very reasonable price. This is NOT your stereotypical used car dealer. Craig and his staff are very nice and fair in their dealings. And he has a nice selection of used cars.
