::Food was mediocre at best. Fries were limp. Overpriced, $58 for 2 kids and 1 adult, and we shared fries.

::I have been to 5 Guys many times. First time at this location and first time since Covid. Thus was the worst burger that I've gotten from them. Very disappointed. The burger was dry. The frys were limp. I would expect must more from a place that charges $12 for a burger and $5 for fries.

::The food was good. It takes forever to get it, and the soda machine is out of most things. It wasn't the employee's fault, though. They had 3 people working on a Saturday. We rarely eat here though because it's 42.00 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a fry. That's an awful lot for a cheeseburger. The location is all windows so of course it's freezing when it's cold out and I'm sure that the kitchen is hot so they keep it cooler. You need a parka and your food gets cold instantly.

::Woman that was working the counter didn't want to be there and didn't act like she wanted me to be there. Saw 3 employees and the only time more than 1 was out front was when one of their friends was visiting them. The burger and fries were what I expect and tasted great. I'd come back more than a few times a year if the atmosphere was enjoyable.

::Service from start to finish was terrible. The cashier was very unpleasant. No greeting, even though, we greeted her. But every patron that came in while we sat and ate received the most beautiful greetings and conversation. When we're not treated well in places, definitely, upon arrival we will leave immediately, but we were on a tight schedule. Their card payment didn't work well and she didn't tell my sis that she had to do it again...even though, she'd already completed the transaction. We just looked at one another in amazement. My sis apologized for the hold up, even though, it wasn't on her, and she doesn't acknowledge that my sis even spoke to her. She continues on her non work related conversation with staff. Where is the attitude coming from?!!! Our food was not good and we have regularly visited Five Guys, so we know how it should taste. I ended up getting sick from my food on the road, and my sister flat out didn't eat her burger after seeing me. We were not made to feel welcome & even upon getting our order and our exit, there was no salutation. However, other customers were warmly served. What exactly did we do, or could have done, to make employees deliver this level of customer service? We've never visited this location before and we didn't know the staff. Even if we did, we are customers and you, as the employee, should conduct yourself on a professional level. We've been going to Five Guys across many states and never have we ever had this happen. Maybe it was just this location. Won't ever return.
