  I appreciate this Five Guys. The first thing I noticed right away is the positive customer service that I receive when going to this store. The food is good. I notice there is true diversity in the employment staff also.

  Five guys needs to ask customers always whether they want a single or double burger. People normally order a hamburger assuming it is a single patty, but it actually means double patty unless you mention “single”. Some staff asks, some staff doesn’t ask, which cost customers more money and less satisfaction. Please don’t be confused vanilla shake with banana shake.

  The staff were friendly and respectful. I had a very positive experience, a good start to my New Years indeed! :)

  First time I've ever eaten here. Burger was fantastic and the fries were good too. I only gave it a 4 rating though because you have to pay for the burger and fries separately here, so it's a little pricey. And there are no meal deals. My whole meal (a burger and fries alone) cost me over $13.
