  I live their food. All burgers just labeled hamburgers are double. The little ones are single patties. The portion is amazing and enjoyed the fries. Comes with everything! And I mean every veggie you can think of on it.

  Clean place, food a bit pricey (comperable to chop house and other specialty burger joints), and made fresh to order. I would have given it for stars (liked it), but the milkshake I ordered (they are >$5 each and small) they forgot to make it, and I had to ask after they gave me my food. I ordered an oreo shake, and they handed me a plain one. I said, I ordered an oreo shake, and they said 'that is an oreo shake'... Should've just made it right and accepted they made the wrong thing. Pure white shake, no cookie /creme/anything... Kind of creepy and too the _$20 meal (burger, fries, shake)

  First time I had this chain's burgers I was in D.C. Amazing. Then I tried the one over by NE Mall. That was HORRIBLE. Stale everything, and the fries weren't even cooked (they were still crunchy hard potatoes). I then gave this location a shot, and YES!!!! It was again AMAZING. The people were friendly (even though they were busy busy busy). The food came up HOT, Fresh, and the fries were heavenly! I will definitely be back for more of those!
