::Very clean and quick service. Went during rush hour and my food was good quality and at a timely manner. Staff was great as well! Recommend!

::We read they’re under new management, but it doesn’t show. If you come here, watch the staff carefully because they might lose your order and forget about you. So my wife and I place an order, only to watch as the 4 of the staff go on break. They left one guy, and I saw three other people waiting on their orders as well. As each of them got their order, the staff came back and several other customers came in. After 32 minutes had past, the new customer’s numbers were called, but ours still hadn’t come out. I went to the front and asked where our order was, only to find out they had dropped the ticket and forgotten our order to the side. They all looked at each other dumbfounded, trying to blame each other instead of working to correct our order. By the time they remade the order, 48 minutes had passed and three more customers got their orders. My pregnant wife was shaky and needed to eat soon. She left the store and grabbed a meal elsewhere, and came back to see me still waiting. It also bothered us that they didn’t apologize or act like it was a big deal. Other customers noticed. To make matters worse, we noticed we’re the only customers of color. I’ve always enjoyed going to five guys back home and while stationed at Fort Hood, but the service here was awful. There are plenty of places in the area to go where you will be treated with equality and good customer service. It will be a very long time till we consider going to any five guys again.
