  They make great burgers and shakes. Unfortunately on this day they burned the fries for no apparent reason. However it is nice to have a quality burger place in this neighborhood. Expect to pay 20 dollars for a cheeseburger, fries and a shake.

  Besides the local fast food chains around, there aren't any good places to get quality burgers so I was very excited to hear that a Five Guys was opening in my neighborhood (even though they are technically also a chain) Like most Five Guys locations, customer service is top notch. Employees are all very nice, approachable, and well trained. The restaurant itself is very clean, with a spotless condiment station to bat. I hope they can maintain this standard since I know they just opened less than two months ago. I've only ever physically ordered food here, so I can't address how this location handles deliveries. I honestly didn't even know they offered delivery, unless it's through a third party like Uber Eats or PostMates. Pricing is not cheap, but it's not that expensive when you think about the quality of ingredients you're paying for. It's well priced, a custom burger will probably run you about 10 bucks. Food wise, their fries aren't the greatest. They get really soggy and are barely salted, and the grease soaks the brown paper bag your order is in. The burger buns also get really soggy but otherwise their burgers, obviously, are the star of the show. Toasting the buns would help retain a better shape so that your burger doesn't fall apart as you eat it. I recommend asking them to toast the burger buns, I doubt they'd deny you this service although I've never tried myself. The wait for the food isn't very long, and I don't complain since I know and can physically see my food being prepared fresh. Expect to stick around for about 5-10 minutes after placing your order, which will vary depending on what you get. But orders for milkshakes are usually ready in just a few minutes! Nevertheless, my experience is always pleasant. Food is delicious, most importantly it's fresh, and you can see everything through the glass which is a nice feature. The quality of service both in terms of food and otherwise is above and beyond most other establishments in the same business.

  So disappointed. Not only the mobile order was over 20 minutes late but they ran out of hot dog buns and put it on a hamburger bun assuming that would be okay. My daughter was allergic to sesame seeds and I had to go to the store to buy her hot dog buns. When o raised the concern when I was there, there was no options presented by the staff.
