  Food is good. Service is awful. Came in at 8pm and the cashier, a young female, was extremely rude and unfriendly. Id rather drive ten miles to the next five guys to never have to see that awful, unfriendly, and extremely rude cashier ever again. She sucks.

  My son loves Five Guys. The food is made fresh to order, and they have always gotten my order right. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is always very clean. Allergy alert!! Please stay away if you have a peanut allergy; there are boxes of peanuts all over the restaurant. The only drawback to Five Guys is the price. My last order was a cheeseburger and a large drink, and it cost just shy of $12.00. Pricey!

  Used to be pretty good... But now the burgers are not served super hot, the fries taste like the same oil has been used too long, and the price point is higher than The Vig or the Dressing Room, which are local sit-down restaurants... The parking lot was really messy with lots of trash last time we were there. Worst of all, it's always just too darn cold inside... So cold that it seems to be a really common complaint among patrons, a great start would be to keep the place a bit warmer and improve on the things mentioned above.

  My first time ever.. This was the best burger I've had in my life! The service was amazing! They were helpful and patient. This place was so clean and it was a great place to bring my grandchild too. Thank you for an amazing experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

  1 star for each guy. That burger joint across the street should be put out of business for this store. Burgers are top knotch. Hotdogs are insanely good. Fries in abundance. Whats not to like? Service and food is consistent. Only issue is the parking lot is small. Maybe that burger place across the street should be closed to make parking for 5guys. This is the closest location to me but still pretty far. Its worth it. 5 guys 5 stars. Trust me.
