::The food is basic Five Guys but the service is pretty terrible. The employees were talking about everything but their job and multiple times lost track of what was supposed to be in each order. I Madea special order of fries with a small amount of salt due to my mom having issues with large quantities and I had to tell them 2-3 times to not put a lot of salt on. They also almost gave me burgers from two other orders ontop of my food. Long and short they do not pay attention to what they're doing so you need to watch your food or you'll end up with the wrong order. It's just a Five Guys so go to another one that will take more care preparing your food.

::It's your regular five guys experience. Good service, good food, a little expensive. Has a cool seating area on the second floor. Its rather convenient location made it a perfect stopping point along our drive

::Best burgers around except those artisan burger restsurants. Plenty of toppings choices for the burgers. Plenty if shake choices and Two fries options! Great place to ruin your diet (veggie sandwich is an option but you're not for some damn veggies are you?!)

::It's a classic Five Guys with two levels of seating, tasty double hamburgers and free peanuts. This place is conveniently located right off exit 35 (High Ridge Road) of the Merritt Parkway (Route 15). It and Cosi are the two closest restaurants to the Merritt if you're looking for easy-on-easy-off. Visited recently for the first time in a while and the service was not great. But the burger was good.

::I would give Five Guys five stars, but for one thing - too many fries! I love the burgers and fries but they will fill your bag with fries even if you ask them not to. I like fries, but I want the amount I order because I will just throw out the rest, and I HATE tossing food out. Otherwise, keep up the good work..
