  I was treated very poorly at this shop and when I got my car back there were many “small” problems that should of been fixed the first time. Tim was exceptionally rude to my mom and I and did not even bother explaining anything or any of the work that was being done. On top of that I was told many different days my car would be finished and it kept getting pushed back for numerous reasons. Next time let your customer know you have a 3 week wait so they can take it somewhere else instead of you guys making your customer feel “lucky” for getting the vehicle in to be worked on . Will never return here.

  I went here for a free estimate today. I decided against the repairs (more than current value of car) but was treated kindly and respectfully throughout my experience. I'll definitely come back the next time I need their services.

  Fitzsimmons Auto Body did an amazing job on my car and got it back to me earlier than expected. They were professional, and stand by their work 100%. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again (should the need arise). Shout out to Tim Vaughn for his superior customer service! Many Thanks!

  Very friendly, reasonable rates and they stayed true to their estimate 100%, though it did take them a few extra days to complete the work which meant more rental car/ride share costs. Prices were competitive and in fact a little cheaper than some of their neighbors. The work itself came out great, very pleased, and no concerns
