  I have had osteoporosis for a number of years and taken every medicine available for it without any increase in bone density. About 3 years ago I began working out at FT lifting weights and performing other exercises. To my amazement I learned a few days ago that all my T scores have improved and the increase in my spine was noted as "significant". Thanks to Kristina! All the trainers are dedicated and care about the health of each client.

  I have been at Fitness Together for a couple months now and I think it was the best decision I ever made. Stacy and her staff are all so friendly, highly skilled and very detail oriented. In particular, my trainer Kelly is truly exceptional. Every time I come to the gym to workout, she always makes it such a fun session and her personality is so warm and very encouraging. I am so pumped to come to the gym and workout just because of Kelly's infectious energy and spirit she brings in the room. She is a phenomenal trainer and I would recommend her and all of the trainers at Fitness Together to anyone.

  Fitness Together is the most professional and service oriented studio I have ever worked out within! Owner Stacy Adams has done a fantastic job of ensuring that you as a client are personally taken care of by her staff of more than qualified personal trainers. Each one follows a plan that has been written in advance and personally tailored to your needs. I would highly recommend Fitness Together to help anyone reach their fitness goals. I feel like a part of their family and look forward to my scheduled sessions with them!

  Stacy and team are doing an incredible job in providing the ultimatum fitness experience to their clients!! My very short journey of 2 months at FT has been full of positives. I have been provided ample guidance in work out training with careful and specific attention. Constant motivation, regular tracking of performance and challenging yet fun workout sessions are some of the pros of joining FT! Special shout out to my two most favourite trainers- Kelly and Emmanuel. Kelly is a great trainer!! Her constant push and motivation has contributed immensely in improving my confidence. Sessions with her are fun yet challenging. Her perspective about doing exercise with correct technique is something I really love about her workouts!! Not to forget, she is an equally great person to know 😊. I have worked out the most with Emmanuel and have enjoyed every bit of my interaction with him. He is so young yet so knowledgeable about fitness. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure my sessions are challenging (sometimes also coming up with variations in my exercises on the spot!!) Not to forget, both of these lovely people take extra care to ensure my back doesn’t hurt 😊 Thank you team FT!!! You guys are doing great and more power to you!!!!

  The Fitness Together team is amazing! The staff is honestly A+ and made me feel right at home from the very start. They provide the perfect balance of structure and motivation while maintaining a happy and upbeat environment. In particular, I’ve had an awesome experience with my personal trainer, Kelly Wilson. I look forward to seeing her every week knowing that we will have an intense, but super fun workout! Thank you FT Georgetown for improving my health and fitness!!
