  I enjoy my time here. The workouts are great and the staff is friendly. The facilities are always clean, parking is available and I’ve never had any scheduling issues. It would be nice if the price was lower but honestly it’s worth every penny. I had to give up a few luxuries but my body thanks me for it.

  Lonnie (the owner) is awesome. He worked very closely with me to make sure I got the best trainers for my goals. He listened to what I wanted, my past injuries, and furthermore he cared about it.
