  Great gym with amazing classes for all fitness levels. Parking tip if you are new you can park across the street.

  I am glad for the variety of early morning class options. Also, lifting weights with an instructor has been a big game changer for me.

  Lots of options for classes. The Barre classes were popular. They have a parking lot but it's almost always full. Street parking is best option. The staff is super friendly. This place is on the expensive side. $20 for a drop-in yoga class. Rebecca is great.

  The training was great. Class was motivating, informative and the trainer was proactive. Samm had a class of mixed experience, athleticism and drive. Samm adjusted on the fly well. Overall great trainer.

  Great facilities, great staff, wide variety of classes. The trainers and coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and they all run a solid programming.
