  I have been working out with Max Sturdivant for a little over 5 months now and I am so thankful for what he has helped me accomplish. I am male, 39 years old and about 5' 10''. My job is completely sedentary. I'm not athletic. I've never been much of an exerciser. I was 211 pounds when I started with Max. I have lost about 25 pounds and gained muscle. I didn't think I could do it. I knew I couldn't do it on my own. I needed guidance. I needed a routine to get me to actually do it. I tried to exercise on my own, but I always petered out eventually. Max is so good! He's extremely knowledgeable. He makes each workout personalized. He keeps close track of your progress--measurements and weight and what you've done in past workouts. I had a knee issue when I started, so he worked around it, slowly strengthening it. Now I can exercise it without a problem. He also coaches you about your diet (because, be honest, you can't really do it without changing diet). He taught me to cut out sugar and that I can eat fat. I don't miss sugar now. I feel so good, but it isn't just for me. My wife loves it. My kids love that I can play with them--chase them, wrestle them, race them, jump in a bounce house, swim in the pool, etc. I could not do those things if I were 211 pounds. So, if you are like me, you can benefit from Max.

  Good gym and smoothie bar. Stopped by for day pass when in town for work.
