::Great overall gym! Substantial equipment/weights. I am always greeted when walking in/out of the gym. When it comes to the weights, I have to keep looking around to find the 10lb or 5lb plates. They seem to be really scattered. I wish the extra space for stretching, biking, etc. can be open at all times. It makes for a comfortable area when the mats are filled with people stretching and doing there abs exercises.

::This gym has everything I need and use and the staff is very courteous. What I really like is that even at peak hours, the gym is not completely full. I only wish they didn't charge an additional cost to have access to both the Arlington and Bedford locations and I wish they had Wi-Fi for their clients. Other than that, the gym is great, no complaints whatsoever. *Update* 5/16/18 The gym finally has WiFi! It’s not the fastest but it gets the job done ! For the price you pay here you can’t find a better gym.

::2018 UPDATE. Ive been here since 2016. im getting VERY TIRED of the noisy squeaky treadmills. Cracked stained padding in the Weight equipment. What are we paying the annual fees for? Thought it was for maintenance?? Can you put some oil on the treadmills or something??? Old review: I like it overall. Recently had a 2week guest pass at another facility and have chosen to stay here even though i have moved quite a distance away. I prefer the equipment here. I do however wish this place had room to install a separate room for floor work. They have a very small mat area near the 'cardio room'(which they keep locked up when there are no classes so you can't go in)so if the mats full then people have to find a spot in the midst of everybody working out for walking lunges and planking and other floor work exercises. Which can be quite distracting for everyone involved. That would be my only complaint at this time...it does get crowded at times but i guess what gym doesn't?

::Overall I give this gym 4 stars. Although small it does have all the usual equipment including a basketball court and two classrooms for cycling and group sessions, but it does feel a bit claustrophobic. All the equipment is so close together and to navigate through it all can be a problem but they have a variety of equipment and multiple of them so you're not always waiting on someone. Compared to Planet Fitness it has a lower annual fee of $20 but you won't get the same atmosphere of "judge free zone" especially if you cross into the weights. But they're monthly fee of $10 is something you can't beat! The only major thing I recommend is the lack of stretching sections. All I see they have are these three mats (picture) and they fill up pretty quick with others trying to use it for working out. Also the check-in could use a upgrade. I know other gyms give you the option of entering a phone number to sign in, fingerprint, or using your phone to scan your card but their scanners make the need to carry around the membership ID around your keys.. like I need more of those. However the girls at the front are very nice and welcoming, always greeting and saying goodbye to you. So for the time being this is my gym and its location off the highway makes it accessible for everyone!
