  Wow! What incredibly delicious, fresh, healthy food. Love the French toast, meatloaf and meatballs! Husband and I are both eating these meals and it is amazing to have the differ size/macro options for our different body size. Already feel the difference amd you will too!!!

  My wife and I tried a lot of the healthy delivery options in the Boca area and were disappointed at the taste or lack-thereof, until we stopped by FitLife and grabbed a few meals to try. It’s really tasty, it comes at a slight higher price than the competition but the taste makes up all the different plus more. The added benefit of going in and picking up your food is also pretty cool since we can make runs every 3 or so days instead of ordering for the week.

  I’ve tried almost every meal prep company in south Florida and I just can’t get over how awful the prices are at this place. You can get larger, better tasting, fresher meals delivered to your own home from most companies for much less than you pay here . Most companies have $11-$12 a meal delivered to home where here you have to pick up yourself and looking at almost $14 a meal. Food is not great either. Plenty of other options out there

  Really great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Seasonal pumpkin pancakes are excellent! Great customer service and Isaac always goes above and beyond. Really makes a difference in your day. You don’t receive that type of customer service nowadays. The meal plan is worth it and if you clean and return your containers, you receive a credit for recycling.

  Awesome meal prep that's not super boring like just plain chicken and veggies. Real food with real flavor that's portioned out so you're not depriving yourself. Good pricing (especially with recycle rewards), very friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. If you don't have time to cook or don't like cooking, do yourself a favor and check this place out!
