  I've been working with Sandro and what an improvement I see in my body, mind and soul. He gives you a boost of confidence that helps you get through a workout. He generously shows you how to do an activity so you are doing it right. I was doing squats so wrong my whole life, who would have known. I feel and see such a difference now. Anyone can work out however, if the results aren't showing up, it's ineffective. He also provides me with nutrition and eating habits to help our growth and process. In addition, the prices are more affordable compared to other places I visited. I totally recommend Fit4Life, the gym is brand new with new equipment, clean and tasteful. Thank you Sandro and Lisa for a great place to work out in and your hospitality.

  If you're looking for a private gym with the best trainers, this is the spot! I've been training with Alessandro for over 2 years now and I've never felt better. The studio is brand new, clean and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for private personal training or to anyone who wants a gym membership without the crowds. Hands down best gym in Queens!

  The very best. I have the best trainer. When you walk in it's so comfortable. Even if you've never been at a gym or have never worked out before this is the place. Alessandro and Lisa are amazing. They will explain show and teach you It's amazing and addicting. Best is seeing your body transform
