  Great fish store. Came for the first time to get fish and was surprised by how many options they have for fish, food, plants, ornaments, etc. Much better than any other pet store around. People who own the shop were very friendly and informative. Looking forward to come back for more in the future!

  Really nice store. Family owned and from what I understand in the business for over 30 years. Nice selection of goldfish... better than most stores. Also, the owner said you can order pretty much any fish you want and he’ll get it for you. I’m definitely going to come back

  I have gone to other big pet stores in the area and bought fish. I always return to Fish Bowl because the fish are top of the line. The tanks are always clean not like in some Pet---- stores. This is the only local Stamford Pet store that sells top quality fish in my opinion. I have been a fish keeper for over 30 years and maybe I will try other places but I always return to Fish Bowl knowing I made a mistake. Hope this helps you who wonder if the fish are higher quality than you get at the big box pet stores they certainly are.

  Have been coming to Fish Bowl for 30 years. Tony has always been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and full of good advice. However, Tony even stepped it up a notch. A fish emergency arose and on very short notice Tony and the fish bowl were able and willing to help. I've purchased many fish tanks and equipment as well as numerous fish over the years. Always with a good selection and good prices. I want to thank Tony for not only his recent assistance but also for his years of friendship and support. He and his staff get to know their customers and they take excellent care of the fish and other various animals in their care. I highly recommend the fish bowl pets.
