  The staff at the bank is very friendly and never a wait for service. It's nearby my loft so it's convenient. My only gripe about First Bank in general is that they hold funds to earn floating interest so even when you deposit cash or wire money in, it's not available for several hours due to the float.

  Kind of dumb, just like everybody else. I wanted to wire money into my son's account, but NO, "can't tell you anything unless your son is physically present in the branch" Never mind that he's homeless right now; never mind anything, we're stupid and we won't budge...

  Their website ONLY works with older versions of MS Internet Explorer. How stupid is that? You can't use Online Deposit or certain other features unless you have an older version of MS IE. If you are using Firefox or Google Chrome or Safari you can't use Online Deposit. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Went to Chase Bank and requested a VISA balance transfer and Firstbank rejected the transfer funds. Idiots. P.O.S.
