  1st Back is a great little local (ish) bank. lacking a personal ATM, there is only the drive up here, works.

  Come on seriously I was at your door at 12:01 and I asked Can you please let me In my rent is due and the employee said I can't we are already closed and I said it's 12:02 come on it's been one minute. She said you can talk to my manager and I said sure where is your manager and the employee said well she is not here really why do you even bother to tell me that if your manager is not here I am moving to another bank I am tired if this Bank

  This location needs new management. Worst branch I have ever visited and have been with the bank for 25 years. Seriously clueless staff!

  Drive-thru transactions take a while every time I go I'm in a time crunch and you would think drive up would be best option for quick and easy in-and-out but I cringe at the thought of driving up to it always long lines seriously always understaffed and bad customer service by rude staff I was giving it a chance for some time might just give another location a shot or I'm out with this bank. Incompetent staff all around.
