  Banks are all pretty much the same when it comes right down to it. I mean they all offer the same services. They taking your money, they give out loans, they sell certificates of deposits, they have mortgages, and occasionally they even pay you some interest. I look for one that has free checking, because that's usually where I end up having to pay the most.

  If you like banking in the olden days, this is the place for you! Had some fraudulent charges on my account, called the number on the card, and was told the card was cancelled, but I would have to go in to the branch to reverse the charges(never had to do that before, it's 2017 afterall). Didn't make it into the branch the same day I called and the next day, MORE fraudulent charges. Strange considering the card was "cancelled" according to the rep on the phone. They need to update their system and follow through with what they tell their customers, 3 charges and a couple hundred dollars later, I'm closing the account and returning to tinker.

  Got in and out in 10 mins fixed several of the issues I was having and were super nice! Love my bank!
