::I'm not really sure what the 4 negative reviews are about or what those people were expecting. I think one patient that accused Dr. Cohen of being argumentative is a fool that likes to argue with their doctors to prove something. I've had two Telehealth visits in the past few months with both Dr. Cohen and Dr. Hippen, and both of them were very pleasant, caring and took time to listen to my concerns. Particularly when I had COVID, which was a bit of a stressful time. Sure, I think seeing a doctor physically is better but when you can't get into your main doctor or can't leave the house, this place is a godsend. This place was the first ever Telehealth doctor service that I've used and definitely would recommend. Very affordable and even free with a good workplace insurance.

::We have had talked to two different pediatricians from FSH regarding to some acute issues for my boy. They both are awesome, even better than our own pediatrician. They are knowledgeable and patience. They listened and explained everything very well. Their suggestions helped my son feel so much better when he was sick. I would recommend this service!

::Dr Stephen Cohen is awful. Extremely rude and argumentative. I have used this service a few times and he is the only issue. The other doctors have been great. Dr. Cohen wants to treat everything with Flonase…does Flonase pay him? When you don’t feel well, the last thing you want is a doctor to dismiss what you are saying. My suggestion if you get Dr. Cohen is ask for another physician or a second opinion. Unbelievable.
