  This review is for a personal line of credit experience. CA law + their website clearly states that a married person can apply for a credit alone without involving the spouse. This is for a 820+ score excellent credit profile of 12+ years, liquid + non-liquid assets several multiples of loan amount and 0 debt. For not adding spouse to application as per their suggestion where spouse has 0 income they let the application rot for 2+ weeks and reject it with a sham of "doing underwriting". Then they ask to reapply with spouse for approval so that 2 scores will be dented again. No thanks. Stay away. I applied as the advertised APR is the lowest and can act as a good backup to draw from in case of any emergency.

  I was recommended to bank here by my chiropractor friend. Their service is absolutely TOP-NOTCH! They have been so helpful with helping me with my EIDL grant and PPP applications. My personal banker is Jack Lee and he actually calls me to assist with new information coming out. He does this for all his business clients. The big banks only help their clients. These guys actually help us little guys. They deserve every client they get!

  Wonderful and friendly employees and customer service! I went here prior to a trip and they not only verified all my financial questions I had but also gave me some good tips for my travel! Really appreciate having this branch location here!
