  I would recommend this bank to all Shadyside residents. The staff is very friendly. Teller Jacob is always very helpful and a great guy.

  Disclaimer: I did not choose this bank as they bought my mortgage, and had a great relationship with my previous bank making standards hard to live up to! This branch is 'friendly', but I have not found them nearly as helpful. For example, I stopped by to see if they would notarize a letter for my car earlier today, and they were adamant about not notarizing for anything but bank business. ... well, buying a new car can be bank business, but it will not be their bank business. Regardless, after having been spoiled by excellent personalized care by my prior bank, this one, in contrast, is just 'fine'.
