  Neil Drum of First Heritage Restoration handled my claim personally from day one. The end of August 2015 there was a micro burst causing my home to need a new roof. Neil was professional, courteous, and forthright in discussing every aspect of what needed to be done. He dealt directly with my insurance company as well; he kept the costs down considerably making the entire roof replacement affordable. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. Thanks Neil !!!
