::GREAT customer service and really reasonable prices. One worker offered the cold beer first, and then offered a box for the items I selected to take home. Was a very pleasant and positive experience!

::Friendly, helpful staff inside a clean & high-er scale store. All product was nicely displayed and signed logically.

::Very surprised by all the positive reviews. My experience here has been the staff are SUPER rude and practically ignore you. Really get the feeling like you're interrupting their social time with other coworkers (seems like they are all friends). This has happened about all of the 10 times I've gone in there to the point where I'm never going there again. If you enjoy checking out where you go unacknowledged but the staff are having a non stop convo go for it! Also, once an employee was taking a break and eating something smelly like right by the wine where customers would be. Seemed really unprofessional and gross. Selection is alright, not that amazing. Much rather go down the road to Perrier where they are always friendly and willing to offer suggestions. Not to mention all the pics on the outside of the building of people who are banned from the store is off putting. Maybe the problem is YOU First Grand Liquor!

::Relatively large store (for grand Ave) with an extensive selection. Prices are competitive and reasonable across the board. Sizeable beer cooler along with an above-average selection of better liquors. I did not shop for wine here, so I cannot comment on that. Parking is provided behind the store in addition to street parking. The friendly staff run the shop well. Thumbs up.

::I lost a good friend a few months back. Another friend of mine printed a message on the bottom of a local beer to memorialize her. I asked two employees to call me back when more of these beers came in. They never did. I will never buy anything here again. In case your wondering, the local beer company is still printing the message.
