  Brian and the staff are always very pleasant and work very hard to satisfy their customers. If you are looking for a bank that offers 5 star customer service then this one is definitely for you!!!!

  The absolute worse customer service ever. I just used this ATM and it took $500 out of my account but didn’t dispense the money. When I go to talk to the tellers they tell me that it’s not their issue and that I need to go to my bank to dispute it to get my money back. I own a business across the street and refer all of our customers to your ATM when they ask. But I will no longer do that. This has been the most annoying and unprofessional situation that I have dealt with from a bank. Complete garbage
