  Appointment was at 1:30 didnt get in until 2:14 and I arrived at 12:50. Appointment was over around 2:40. The staff was nice and helpful and my kids were crabby. Undecided if we will go back.

  Everyone from the front desk staff through the staff who helped me get my new glasses were very helpful and professional. Dr. Shepard was very thorough and answered all my questions.

  Friendly staff and good eye exam from the Dr. I have yet to purchase eyeglasses with my new prescription so time will tell how well I see after I do.

  Everyone was so very nice! They helped to make my appt. go smoothly. I had an appointment following this one and they help me to be able to make both appointments. I always enjoy their care and attention to my needs.

  I truly enjoyed my visit! The front desk and the rest of the staff, both the medical and sales side, are very, very nice and extremely helpful. I know customer service is part of their job, but it's pretty rare to meet people that actually appear as if they enjoy what they do for a living which, in turn, shows through their excellent customer service. The doctor was great as well! He was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining to me why I've been having vision trouble and what I can do to fix it. I know I'm long-winded in this review, but they deserve it. Great experience!
