  Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They lack integrity which is an important reason to choose an abstract company. The customer service from Carolyn Zeiger is non existent. I have been waiting over a month for a call back on a problem of their doing and she still has not called back and told she is in a meeting EVERY time I call. I'm not the only one , take a look at Gluck v First Equity Abstract Corp.. The judge in this case found against them by saying: "Based upon all of the foregoing, there is no question that First Equity failed to timely pay the first half of school taxes, which were $4,676.64, by the grace period of November 10, 2006. First Equity does not dispute this fact. "
