::If I could give ZERO STARS!!! Terrible experience here specifically and I will be closing my account. I opened an account here because my family member has been a loyal banker here and recommended them. It has been a month since I’ve opened my account and I still have YET to receive my DEBIT CARD which they told me would arrive no later than 10 business days in the mail. They can’t seem to give a straight answer about where my card is or when is coming. I was told a week ago, “it should be there 1-2 days”. Literally bank anywhere but here!

::Worst Bank, they close my account because I got Laid off cause of the pandemic so my direct deposit stopped when I tried to Manually Deposit the money they decided with out my knowledge to close my account freeze my debit card, and wen I called its Unfortunate But they decided to your account our back office decided to close your account Smh

::If I could leave zero stars I would. I just moved to the area so I haven’t opened an account anywhere yet. I like to read reviews and get to know places before I give them my business. All I needed to do was exchange a ten dollar bill for a roll at quarters. The young woman was rude and told me that I didn’t have an account and she couldn’t help me. They should change the name to inconvenience bank. I will open my account somewhere else.
