  So I have overdraft protection and still got charged an overdraft fee. Apparently the gym I cancelled my membership at still charged me for the month and the bank paid it.. when I signed the contract for my account I was told if there’s no money in the account no matter what it won’t get charged until there’s sufficient funds that’s why I chose the account I have.. either way I went got a copy of the cancellation form and showed it o the employees and they simply told me they cannot do anything because their only aloud to receive money process checks etc they said they cannot control payments. I also call the hotline and get nowhere near any help at all just told there’s nothing they can do but put in a request form. What a bunch of useless staff first national has, chase never had this problem.

  The staff is always nice. The bank as a financial institution sucks.

  Super nice people especially the manager. Just beware of high overdraft fees.

  I went 2 days ago and wanted to deposit money in the bank exactly 225 dollars two 1 hundreds and two tens and 1 five dollar bill well while the girl the black girl was entering it it'd went literally like 10 feet away to pay for the pumkin my baby girl wanted for halloween she gave me my receipt that it was done and she already deposited the money she I said thank you and walked off as I was getting closer and closer to the door I looked at the receipt and noticed she had only deposited 125 and so I went back real quick and told her and she said oh I'm sorry knowing she had stolen My other 100 and said I just have to make another deposit it was some black girl and I sware to God her and some mexican girl were just there stairing at each other like they know what they have done they are criminla8i will go today and close my bank.
