No show for appointment and no call cancelling appointment. I did initiate an inquiry, and their answering service hung up one me once. When a representative did call me back, they had no excuse as to why I didn't receive at the very least a courtesy call. Tried to give the company a shot because they sponsor local children soccer leagues but they need to tighten up customer service.
