  Good acoustics for concerts. Being near Harvard Square makes it easy to grab dinner before performances. It is usually quite hot in the sanctuary. Views are obstructed by many support beams/large light fixtures. They need better signage directing people to the bathrooms. Parking is difficult. The heating/ventilation system makes a constant humming sound which is unfortunate to have during concerts and there is a fair amount of sound bleed through from outside.
