  No customer service skills whatsoever. I called to schedule an appt yesterday, told me someone would be coming by today, filled out all paperwork and no one showed up. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that no one will be coming out.

  Good company call them if you need air conditioning or heating installation or service.
